DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Needs and Priorities for Canadian Organizations
Events of the last few years galvanized Corporate North America to prioritize and actively invest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace. These efforts have impacts across the employee lifecycle: from hiring and onboarding, major life events, development, and career growth, until retirement and beyond. Additionally, there is increased focus on transforming business areas such as communications and corporate branding, supplier diversity, and intersecting with other Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives such as corporate giving, community involvement, and volunteering.
This survey aims to identify DE&I priorities and business needs for organizations (public, private, and non-profit) across the Canadian landscape. We will analyze the trends across sectors and industries, then report back on our findings to the Human Resources and DE&I community. So that collectively we are achieving the impact needed to move the needle and create the environments where all employees can thrive, all organizations can enhance performance and contribute to a more diverse, equitable and inclusive society.
Employee Inclusion Assessment
Allows employees to share their perception on the alignment between the organizational commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the organizational culture and lived experience of employees.
Provides individuals with insights on their inclusion potential and how they can leverage their strengths to contribute to more inclusive workplaces.
