Now in force, Bill 42 strengthens employer obligations to prevent and address sexual and psychological harassment.
Bill 27 – Act to Modernize the Occupational Health and Safety Regime
As of October 6, 2025, Bill 27 requires employers to formally address psychosocial risks — including stress, harassment, workload, isolation, and lack of recognition — within their health and safety programs
